A personal software workshop
Every project here starts as a small annoyance or a what if. It then gets built the long way round: proper architecture, real tests, real polish, on something that answers to nobody.
Most software gets written because someone has to write it. There is a roadmap, a deadline, and a number that has to go up. None of that applies here. What is left over is the part that was interesting in the first place.
Index
Small, fast, dependency‑light. Plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript where that is genuinely the better answer. A framework only when it earns its place.
Native, and built for the device rather than ported onto it. Offline first where offline is what people actually have.
Unglamorous software that removes one specific annoyance for a small number of people. Usually the most useful thing in the room.
Ideas that may not work at all. Kept regardless. The ones that fail tend to be the ones worth having tried.
Status
Quietly building. Nothing to announce yet.
